HOW IT WORKS?

1. Browse - Our selection of products to suit your needs.
2. Add to cart - Add your items to your cart, and continue to the checkout.
3. Indicate store location.
4. Choose Pick Up - Choose 'Pick Up' for you delivery method.
5. Payment - you can pay for your order with a variety of methods including Gcash and Bank Transfer.

Store collections hours vary by store, and your chosen store will contact you to arrange a collection time with you.

Please note: Some exclusions may apply. Pickup Order is offered subject to availability, special order items and large items cannot be picked up in-store unless We receive down payment. Online order maximum holding time is 3 days only and will be cancelled the next day.

Delivery Lead Time

Kaking E-Shopping Delivery service aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible. Standard Delivery operates 7 days a week from 8:45AM - 5:30PM. Booking cut-off for same day delivery is before 5:15PM.

Free Delivery

Avail FREE Delivery via COD - Cash On Delivery for minimum spend of P2,000. Maximum dimensions in centimeters (length x width x height): 60 cm x 36 cm x 32 cm or Maximum weight 20kg, Same day delivery for Cebu trans-cities only. Free delivery capped up to P100 only or maximum equivalent to 8 kilometers from warehouse to point of delivery, addional delivery charge applies if exceeded.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Maximum dimensions in centimeters (length x width x height): 60 cm x 36 cm x 32 cm or Maximum weight 20kg for same day delivery. schedule for Cebu trans-cities only. Delivery charge varies to point of delivery locations.

Nationwide Delivery

Dimensions/Weight (OPEN). Delivery outside Cebu is 2 to 5 working days (excluding holidays) for Cebu Province, Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao areas. Booking cut-off time 5:45PM.
